34. Wyprawa z Missel

Od kiedy pogodzi�em si� z kumplami, �ycie w sumie ca�kowicie wr�ci�o do normy. Chodzi�em na lekcje, uczy�em si�, odrabia�em prace domowe, rozmawia�em z kolegami- �ycie spokojnymi trybem toczy�o si� dalej. Ale kiedy wreszcie wieczorem sko�czy�em nauk� i po�egna�em koleg�w wym�wk� „chce mi si� spa�”, wcale nie mia�em zamiaru spe�ni� moich s��w. Le�a�em sobie i rozmy�la�em, �e cho� zawsze marzy�em o takim spokojnym, monotonnym �yciu, teraz chcia�bym, �eby co� si� sta�o. I jakby los pos�ucha� mojej pro�by... Przy �niadaniu, kiedy jad�em m�j ulubiony budy� waniliowy z polew� malinow� oraz popija�em go aromatyczn� herbat�, dowiedzia�em si�, �e dzi� b�dzie wycieczka do pobliskiego miasteczka bu�garskiego, znanego ze �licznych torebek i pysznego kremowego piwa. Wtedy co� mnie tkn�o. Nie wiem, czy by�o to jakie� niemi�e przeczucie czy raczej obawa. Do��, �e pomy�la�em sobie, co si� ze mn� dzieje. Najpierw zapraszam dziewczyn� na bal, jestem w niej zakochany, a przez ostatni tydzie� interesowa�em si� bardziej zadaniami domowymi, ni� �yciem prywatnym. Poczu�em wstyd, kt�ry jeszcze bardziej umocni� si�, kiedy zauwa�y�em Digela, id�cego za r�k� z jak�� dziewczyn�. Mia� strasznie purpurowe uszy, nie wiedzie�, czemu...Wsta�em od sto�u z mocnym, stanowczym postanowieniem. Ju� si� nie waha�em. Kiedy zobaczy�em, �e Missel wstaje od sto�u, podszed�em do niej z uszami chyba nawet czerwie�szymi od Digela i zagadn��em j� nie�mia�o:
- Missel, wiesz, �e dzisiaj b�dzie wycieczka do Bagdolu?
-Naprawd�?- ucieszy�a si�, najwyra�niej dowiaduj�c si� o tym dopiero ode mnie.
-No tak- potwierdzi�em, kiwaj�c g�ow�. Pewno�� siebie wr�ci�a w mgnieniu oka. –
- Chcia�aby� mo�e p�j�� tam ze mn�?
Nasta�a odrobin� kr�puj�ca cisza, w czasie kt�rej s�ycha� by�o tylko nasze dudni�ce kroki po demonstracyjnych schodach Durmstrangu. W ko�cu przerwa�a j� Missel, nagle podnosz�c twarz, na kt�rej widnia� u�miech i powiedzia�a rado�nie:
- Bardzo ch�tnie...
Zadziwiaj�ce, jak dwa s�owa potrafi� ucieszy� cz�owieka- do��, �e kiedy Missel ruszy�a w kierunku swojego dormitorium, ja wraca�em do mojego pokoju z radosnym sercem, podskakuj�c na schodach i �piewaj�c piosenki. Ludzie, kt�rzy mnie mijali, patrzeli na mnie z przera�eniem, najwyra�niej utwierdzaj�c si� w przekonaniu, �e s�awny Wiktor Krum zwariowa�. Jeden ch�opiec popatrzy� na mnie z takim politowaniem, a zarazem zdziwieniem, �e kiedy wsta� ju� z pod�ogi po glebie z wra�enia, jak to mo�na w tak kr�tkim czasie zwariowa�, zwia�, gdzie pieprz ro�nie. A raczej do szkolnej piel�gniarki, s�dz�c po kierunku jego biegu. To by wyja�nia�o niespodziewan� wizyt� lekarki z termometrem w d�oni...Kiedy doszed�em, a raczej doskoczy�em do pokoju, pad�em na fotel, u�miechaj�c si� rado�nie. Kiedy ju� troch� och�on��em w trwa�o to bardzo d�ugo, spojrza�em oboj�tnie na zegarek. Mina mi zrzed�a, kiedy okaza�o si�, �e zosta�o ju� tylko p� godziny do wyj�cia. Zacz��em pospiesznie pakowa� do plecaka najpotrzebniejsze rzeczy, po czym niecierpliwie narzuca�em na siebie kurtk�, czapk� i inne ubrania, potrzebne do przetrwania na mrozie (by�o strasznie zimno- -10 w pa�dzierniku!). Ju� mia�em wychodzi�, kiedy do pokoju wpadli ch�opacy, ju� gotowi do drogi. Kiedy zobaczyli mnie ubranego w ciep�� kurtk�, rzucili mi podejrzliwe spojrzenia. Ja, widz�c je, powiedzia�em z udan� oboj�tno�ci�:
-Tak, wiem, dzisiaj jestem wcze�niej gotowy, bo wo�ny zaznaczy� mi wyra�nie w zesz�ym roku, �e je�eli jeszcze raz si� sp�ni�, nie przepu�ci mnie do Bagdolu.
Ch�opak�w jednak�e moja odpowied� nie zadowoli�a. Digel spyta� mnie z niepokojem, chc�c si� najwyra�niej upewni�:
-Ale idziesz z nami, tak?
Nasta�a g�ucha cisza. W ko�cu, nie mog�c jej znie�� a zarazem chc�c mie� ju� to za sob�, rzek�em, pr�buj�c m�wi� z pewno�ci� siebie:
- No...Raczej nie- id� z Missel...
Chyba nic innego nie zdziwi�oby tak ch�opak�w jak to zdanie. Troch� mnie to zirytowa�o, bo przecie� ja nigdy nie patrzy�em na nich tak t�po i z niedowierzaniem, kiedy to oni szli z jakimi� dziewczynami do Bagdolu. Chocia�, tak w�a�ciwie, nie mog� por�wnywa� ich do siebie, bo ka�dy z nich, a ju� zw�aszcza Digel, zmienia� partnerk� mniej wi�cej co tydzie�. W ko�cu, widz�c moje w�ciek�e spojrzenie, zreflektowali si� i zacz�li mrucze� jakie� odpowiedzi w stylu:
-Aha...Nie no, rozumiem...Oczywi�cie...
Po chwili rzek�em do nich, ko�cz�c rozmow�:
- To do zobaczenia w Bagdolu- krzykn��em, wychodz�c ju�. Oni sm�tnie pokiwali mi na po�egnanie. Jeszcze przez zamkni�te drzwi s�ysza�em, jak Digel m�wi z czystym zdziwieniem w g�osie:
-Co si� nam robi z tego Wiktora...
T�umi�c chichot, pobieg�em w kierunku holu. Tam czeka�a ju� na mnie, ubrana w be�owy ko�uch i kremow� czapk� oraz szalik, Missel. Podszed�em do niej i wyb�ka�em przeprosiny za sp�nieniem, ale ona tylko machn�a r�k� z tym swoim srebrzystym �miechem. Wi�kszo�� ch�opak�w obr�ci�a si� w nasz� stron�, a ja poczu�em, �e machinalnie si� czerwieni�...W ko�cu, kiedy wo�ny z u�mieszkiem pod krzaczastym w�sem pu�ci� do mnie oko i przepu�ci� przez drzwi, chwycili�my si� nie�mia�o za r�ce.
D�ugo szli�my, nie rozmawiaj�c prawie w og�le, tylko napawaj�c i ciesz�c si� chwil�. Kiedy przekroczyli�my ozdobn� bram�, witaj�c� turyst�w, zacz��em si� ciekawie rozgl�da�. By�em tu zaledwie kilka razy, a Missel, jak si� okaza�o, jeszcze nigdy. Pocz��em wi�c pokazywa� z zapa�em Missel r�ne sklepy, bary, kawiarnie i sklepiki z pami�tkami, z ochot� w g�osie opisuj�c i krytykuj�c niekiedy ka�dy napotkany sklep. Missel, s�ysz�c te opisy, u�miecha�a si� lekko. W ko�cu doszli�my do mojego ulubionej restauracji „Pod z�ot� rybk�”, gdzie mieli najlepsze lody z ciep�ymi malinami w ca�ym Bagdolu. Zaproponowa�em Missel zajrzenie do niego, a ona z o�ywieniem przysta�a na to. Kiedy siedli�my, zaleg�a cisza mi�dzy nami. Zawsze by�em raczej bardziej ma�om�wny ni� gadatliwy, a teraz �aden temat na rozmow� nie przychodzi� mi do g�owy. W ko�cu, z braku pomys��w na inne tematy, zacz��em m�wi� o Quiddichu. Zdawa�o mi si�, �e Missel odetchn�a z ulg� i swobodnie oraz z zapa�em zacz�a opowiada� o swojej ulubionej dru�ynie Quiddicha. Pod d�u�szej rozmowie jej twarz przechyli�a si� jako� blisko mojej, widzia�em z tak bliska jej powa�ne, du�e, br�zowe oczy i d�ugie rz�sy...Ju� my�la�em tylko o niej, gdy nagle drzwi otwar�y si� z hukiem...
