Ileż bym teraz dała, aby usłyszeć śmiechy i wesołe rozmowy dzieci, i móc pomyśleć, że ten ostatni tydzień to tylko urojenie, zły koszmar. Ale tak nie jest. Nikt nagle nie zawoła Prima Aprilis. Albus Dumbledore, największy dyrektor Hogwartu nie żyje. Nigdy nie myślałam, że do tego dojdzie. On zawsze…, po prostu był. Kolejny Minister Magii odchodził, zmieniali się n nauczyciele w Hogwarcie, ale On zawsze był i nigdy nie wyobrażałam sobie, że mogłoby być inaczej. Działo się źle. Śmierciożercy znów działali. Mordowali czarodziei i mugoli. Nie mogliśmy nic zrobić. I wtedy wszystkie nadzieje pokładaliśmy w nim. W końcu pokonał Grindewalda, pokona też Voldemorta. Niektórzy mogli uważać go już za lekko stukniętego starca, ale i tak liczyli się z jego zdaniem. Jego śmierć… Teraz dopiero widzę, jak trudnie życie miał Albus. Najpierw Ariana, Aberforth, potem Grindewald. Z każdym problemem zwracano się właśnie do niego. Pokładano w jego rękach losy magicznego świata. A on… Patrzył swoimi niebieskimi oczami, w których zawsze migotały wesołe ogniki, znad okularów połówek, wysłuchiwał wszystkich i doradzał. A teraz? Wszystko się skończyło. Hogwart prawdopodobnie zostanie zamknięty. Śmierciożercy sieją panikę. Zakon Feniksa… Nie wiem, czy to wszystko ma jeszcze sens? Została nas garstka. Ostatnia nadzieje w Potterze. Ale, na Merlina, on jeszcze jest dzieckiem! Jak może pokonać Tego-Którego-Imienia-Nie-Wolno-Wymawiać? Możemy mu pomagać, ale, jak dobitnie powiedział mi kiedyś Albus, to on w ostateczności musi zmierzyć się z Voldemortem.
