R�d�ka powinna by� trzymana pewn� r�k�, lecz nie nale�y jej mocno usztywnia�. Nast�pnie nakieruj r�d�k� na cel. Wykonaj p�ynny, okr�g�y ruch r�d�ka i w tym czasie wym�w zakl�cie.

Podstawy OPCM. Aby pokona� upiora itp., nale�y uwierzy� w siebie i przesta� si� go ba�, p�niej reszta rzeczy przyjdzie z dziecinna �atwo�ci�. Zakl�cia i sztuczki s� dodatkiem do naszej determinacji w obronie.
