Z wi�zku z moj� d�ug� nie obecno�ci� dzisiejsza lekcja b�dzie kr�tka. Zajmmiemy si� podstawowymi zakl�ciami przydatnymi przy obronie w�asnej.

Pierwsze podstawowe zakl�cie to Expeliarmus. Przy rzucaniu takiego zakl�cia musimy pami�ta�, aby nasza r�d�ka by�a skierowana w przeciwnika.
