Notka tak krótka, ¿e a¿ wstyd j± pokazywaæ i jaka¶ taka s³ucha, jeszcze siê nie wczu³am.
Powinnam dzi¶ znale¼æ trochê czasu i(je¶li mi pozwolicie) dopisaæ resztê. Prawdê mówi±c, sama jeszcze nie wiem kto tam wszed³... czy oszczêdzê biednego Tomusia?

Obraca³em w palcach pier¶cieñ po moim „kochanym dziadziusiu”. Nagle, pod wp³ywem jakiego¶ dziwnego impulsu, wsta³em i ruszy³em do biblioteki.
Ju¿ chcia³em wej¶æ do dzia³u ksi±g zakazanych, gdy dostrzeg³em id±c± w moj± stronê bibliotekarkê.
- Dzieñ dobry – u¶miechn±³em siê ciep³o, sztucznie, maj±c nadziejê, ¿e to wystarczy.
- Ach, witaj, Tom. Szukasz czego¶? – kobieta odwzajemni³a u¶miech.

- Tom, powiniene¶ wiêcej czasu spêdzaæ na ¶wie¿ym powietrzu, póki jeste¶ m³ody. Jeszcze przyjdzie czas na grzebanie w ksi±¿kach – mrugnê³a do mnie.
– No to znajdziesz sam, czy mam Ci pomóc? – doda³a po chwili, widz±c, ¿e mnie nie przekona³a.
- Dziêkujê, chyba sobie poradzê.
Zostawi³a mnie. Nareszcie. Wszed³em w labirynt rega³ów. Wokó³ mnie cisza, tylko od czasu do czasu jakie¶ ciche skrzypniêcie pod³ogi.

Czyta³em wszystko bezwiednie pocieraj±c od czasu do czasu pier¶cieñ.
W pewnym momencie wszed³ jaki¶ dzieciak, a za nim...
